Shipping Overview

At Valley Aerial Ag, we understand that every day a drone is grounded can mean lost productivity in the field. Our goal is to deliver equipment, parts, and accessories as quickly and reliably as possible so you can stay operational when it matters most.

Free Shipping Service Area

Valley Aerial Ag offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within:

  • California
  • Nevada
  • Arizona
  • Oregon
  • Washington

Free shipping applies to qualifying products and destinations within these states. Certain oversized items, hazardous materials, freight shipments, or special-order products may require additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed prior to shipment.

Shipping Outside Our Free Shipping Area

Orders shipping outside of California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington are subject to calculated shipping rates based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Freight requirements
  • Carrier service selected

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout or provided as part of a custom quotation.

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of receiving payment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available for qualifying products and destinations.

Additional shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

Customers requiring expedited shipping are encouraged to contact us before placing an order to verify availability and delivery timelines.

Emergency Parts Delivery

Keeping drones in the air is why we do what we do.

If your operation is down due to a critical equipment failure, we may be able to assist with emergency parts fulfillment, expedited shipping, local delivery, or other solutions depending on inventory availability and location.

While emergency delivery services cannot be guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to help get your operation back up and running as quickly as possible.

Freight Shipments

Certain products, including agricultural drones, generators, batteries, spray equipment, and other oversized items, may require freight delivery.

Freight shipments may require:

  • Delivery appointments
  • Signature upon receipt
  • Inspection at delivery
  • Additional handling time

Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon arrival and noting any visible damage with the carrier before accepting delivery.

Shipping Delays

Valley Aerial Ag is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor shortages
  • Acts of government
  • Other events outside of our control

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim and resolution.

Photos of damaged packaging and products may be required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or returned shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.
